A lover of all things fashion! I enjoy dressing me and my daughter up to just go and take pictures. If there's a camera around, best believe I'll be in front of it. In my spare time, I enjoy doing crafts with my Cricut cutter machine. That includes making t-shirts, engraving acrylic pictures, making puzzles, etc... Holiday season when I get to spend time with family, is the best time of the year, even though they named me the family chef. Cooking is my calm place, and no one can come into the kitchen while I'm cooking! Traveling has got to be my top favorite thing I love to do especially with my mini-me. I can hop on a plane in a minute whether it's for one day or one week. I love to travel and that started at a young age. One quote I live by is "You will face many defeats in life but never be defeated." As long as you keep living and trying your best every day, there will always be a purpose for you. Never give up even when it gets hard.
I'm a big time foodie, but if I had to choose one meal to eat for the rest of my life it would surely be some freshly cooked salmon! Aside from my job as a content coordinator, I am also a secret spy. I know that being a spy is supposed to be a secret, but I figured that nobody would believe me anyway. What a way to utilize reverse psychology! All jokes aside, I am grateful for the family & friends who have helped shape me into the man that I am as well as the man that I am becoming.
I'm an explorer! I like planning trips, driving and visiting new places to try local specialties and activities. I am passionate about cooking, preparing meals and desserts, but not as much as I love eating Vietnamese and Japanese cuisine. In my spare time, I usually watch movies like romantic comedies and action movies. I love dogs! I've rescued 5 puppies over the past few years who've grown to be healthy and strong. I make time to feed strays that cross my regular paths, it is my small contribution to the community to help the voiceless. I believe that there is no end to education because our whole life is a learning process. I am glad to have the privilege of joining the OBSV team!
I enjoy many things, but to begin with, I am an ambivert; I enjoy people's company, but I also enjoy being alone in my space to unwind and recharge. I enjoy podcasts ranging from self-development to true crime documentaries to comedy. I love fashion and will dress up even if I'm going nowhere. I primarily enjoy cooking for my family but mostly for myself. I don't enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, but I do like working out and staying fit. One of my goals is to travel to different countries and experience different cultures, and people. Finally, Kahlil Gibran stated that "I slept and dreamed that life is all joy." When I awoke, I realized that life is all about service. I served and witnessed the joy that comes from service. I believe in empowering women, especially in the tech industry, and being part of bridging the existing gap.
My grandma raised me on chicken, coffee, and pancakes...:-). There is something special about putting fruity pebbles on top of my vanilla ice cream. I can watch any movie with "Will Ferrell" or "Vince Vaughn". I am from Milton, DE which has a population of 2,993. My favorite board game of all time is a monopoly and I am always inspired by the lessons in "Titan: The Life of John D. Rockefeller, Sr." I am thankful to know that Jesus loves me.
Straight up, my favorite food is the Moroccan Tagine that my S.O. makes. She also makes the best fusion taco I've ever had in my life! My favorite dessert is a classic vanilla panna cotta with fresh strawberries. Among the many outdoorsy activities that I love, scuba diving is definitely up top! I like to describe myself as a child of God, a son of the stars, a student of the universe, and blessed to still be my parents kid.
If you were to ask me, Kaíque, what food you would eat every single day, what would it be? Definitely lasagna, and by the way, my mother makes the best lasagna in the world.Thank God I'm a Carioca (a Rio de Janeiro native), and I love my hometown, its way of life, people, and everything else about it. I'm passionate about art, particularly music and fashion; I enjoy singing and dressing well for any occasion. I'm a Christian; I grew up in a church and I spend the majority of my time in a church; I believe in Jesus as my saviour and best friend; and that, along with my family and friends, is the most important part of my life.

I love life! I love everything about life, the good and the bad. I think our experiences shape who we are and who we choose to become. I was born in Jamaica and traveled across the ocean at the age of 9. I grew up in Wilmington, Delaware. I love to eat and cook Jamaican food, but being the foodie I am, I will definitely try anything once. One of my favorite quotes that I love is by Maya Angelo, “The desire to reach for the stars is ambitious. The desire to reach hearts is wise”. Whose hearts are we reaching today?
